PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of sealing capacity caused by thermal change in sealing of nozzle segments in a gas turbine by shaping two rails longitudinally in parallel on one side of a seal plate for making in touch with the end faces of segments elastically. CONSTITUTION:Two rails 6b and 6c are provided to be longitudinally in parallel on one side of a seal plate 6. In this construction, since gap flow passages between a seal plate main body 6a and grooves are bent due to the contraction of end walls 2' of segments in a cold state, a leak resistance is large to obtain a sealing effect for the time being. Meanwhile, in a hot state, the interval between segments are contracted, and their end faces 3' are brought in touch with rails 6b and 6c. Since rails 6b and 6c are circumferentially pushed to be elastically deformed, segments are free from a large thermal stress. |
