PURPOSE:To attenuate an odd number order of reflected spurious wave of a transfer electric signal and to attain two-way transmission by fitting an input and an output transducer whose one face is equipped with a packing member respectively to an ultrasonic wave solid-state propagation medium. CONSTITUTION:An input transducer 4 converting an input electric pulse 2 into an ultrasonic wave 3 as an input electric signal and an output transducer 6 converting the ultrasonic wave 3 into an output electric pulse 5 as an electric signal are fitted to the ultrasonic wave solid-state propagation medium 1. Further, packing members A,B attenuating the spurious wave generated through the reflection on the transducers with three times, five times of paths are provided respectively to faces 17, 18 opposite to coupling faces 15, 16 of the transducers 4, 6 with the medium 1. Thus, the two-way transmission is attained and the odd-number order reflecting spurious waves are attenuated.
