PURPOSE:To prevent series transistors from being simultaneously turned ON by pausing an energization of a coil for a predetermined time at the time of switching a current direction by the output of a Hall element. CONSTITUTION:A current which flows whenever a rotor rotates at 90 deg. is switched at coils L1, L2, and a pause period of a current of one clock is provided in the coils L1, L2 when the current direction flowing in the coils L1, L2 is switched. Transistors Tr0 and TR2. Tr1 and Tr3, Tr4 and Tr6, Tr5 and Tr7 connected in series in a drive circuit for forming a bridge with respect to the coils L1, L2 are not shifted to simultaneous ON state.
