<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the overlap of dye elements and to permit through sepn. between the respective color elements by forming a dye material layer by vapor deposition on a base and radiating an energy beam directly to the dye material layer to sublimate the unnecessary part. CONSTITUTION:A sublimable dye or pigment, for example, phthalocyanine is deposited by evaporation on the base 5 to form the dye material layer 3. The laser beam 1 is then modulated and is scanned on the base 5 to sublimate the unnecessary part 6, by which a desired filter pattern is obtd. The resticking of the dye sublimating from the unnecessary part 6 to a substrate 2 when the laser beam 1 is scanned is prevented by heating the base 5 with an IR lamp 7 during drawing with the beam 1.</p> |
