<p>PURPOSE:To prevent minute powder from being produced and obtain an excellent heat-resisting property, by forming a container made of polyether ether ketone resin. CONSTITUTION:A container, in which a thin-film semiconductor substrate for flat-plane display drive is held, is a holding one made of polyether ether ketone resin. Polyether ether ketone resin is crystalline thermoplastic aromatic one with repeting units expressed in a formula I, being characteristic of superior heat-resisting, mechanical, and chemical-resistant properties without reinforcement with glass fiber. The holding container thus formed is superior in dimensional accuracy and small in weight. And without being deformed at high temperature, this container prevents the substrate from falling, and is available for improving the yield.</p> |
