<p>PURPOSE:To obtain accurate signal delay time by starting the charging of a capacitor after the charging electric charge in the capacitor charged based on a sensor detection signal is discharged surely. CONSTITUTION:In inputting a detection signal from a sensor 1 again at a point of time when a voltage at a point X does not exceed a threshold voltage L of a PUT 3, an output of a comparator 4 goes to an L level,the electric charge in a capacitor C3 is discharged to bring the voltage at the point X to zero V. Then the detection signal descends and the output of the comparator 4 goes to an H level, then the charging of the capacitor C3 is started again. Then the charging of the capacitor C3 is progressed and the voltage at the point X exceeds the voltage L, then the PUT 3 is turned on to bypass the base current of an output transistor (TR) Q3. The TR Q3 is turned off by the bypassing to turn off the output from the signal delay circuit. Thus, the time of signal delay is made accurate.</p> |
