PURPOSE:To extend an electrostatic discharge area to an attraction part beyond a circumferential corner of a photosensitive material for neutralization and peel a form more easily and securely by notching a part of the cover body of a destaticizing corotron. CONSTITUTION:The beltlike photosensitive material 5 runs around the outer circumferences of rolls 6-9 as shown by an arrow C, and the rolls 6 and 7 are made small. A transfer corotron 10 and the electrostatic discharge corotron 11 are arranged adjacently, and one circumferential corner of the belt 12 of an attraction type conveyance part is arranged near the corotron 10 on the side opposite to the corotron 11; and the side wall of the cover body 13 of the corotron 11 on the conveyance part side is notched optionally and the AC discharge operating area of the corotron 11 extends to near the attraction part 14 beyond the part of the roll which is the circumferential corner of the photosensitive material 15.
