PURPOSE:To perfectly seal the circular opening part of a hollow molded product in a state permitting no leakage of air, by adapting a head member with a packing, which closes the circular opening part of the hollow molded product from inside, to said circular opening part. CONSTITUTION:By revolving a lever 12 forwardly, the cylindrical member 5 connected to the lever 12 through a link 13 is horizontally slid, and the head 2 of the rod 4 provided to the leading end of the cylindrical member 5 and the cylindrical packing 3 externally fitted to the rear end side of the head 2 are inserted in a circular opening part 1. Next, a lever 7 is revolved downwardly to pull the rod 4 rearwardly and the head part 2 of said rod 4 is retracted. By this method, the packing 3 held between the head part 2 and the leading end surface of the cylindrical member 5 is compressed and bent. The bent packing 3 is closely contacted with the inner peripheral wall of the circular opening part 1 to close said opening part 1 in a perfectly sealed state.
