PURPOSE:To reduce a phase lag in discharge pressure, by giving a nonlinear characteristic to a flow gain of a control valve, and making actuator velocity in a direction reducing the discharge quantity of a pump larger than that in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION:When opening of a load orifice 4 is reduced, a spool 32 is made to move in an arrow direction, and the discharge quantity of a pump 1 is reduced by an actuator 2. A nonlinear characteristic is given to a flow gain of a control valve 3, and a velocity of the actuator 2 in case of reducing the discharge quantity of the pump 1 is made to be larger than that in the reverse direction. Therefore, a phase lag in pump discharge pressure to pump discharge flow is reducible.
