PURPOSE:To eliminate the instability of an output due to temperature change observed in the amplification of an active element by using being a capacitor a passive element. CONSTITUTION:A signal to be amplified is applied to an input unit 1. Further, a first control signal is applied to close switches 2, 4, 6 to connect two capacitors 7, 8 in parallel with the input of a signal to be amplified. When the capacities of the capacitors 7, 8 are equal, the signal to be amplified are stored equally in both of the capacitors 7, 8. Then, the input of the first control signal is stopped, the switches 2, 4, 6 are opened, and a second control signal is applied instead to close switches 3, 5. Thus, the capacitors 7, 8 are connected in series, and a signal voltage of double of the signal to be amplified is output to a signal output unit 9.
