PURPOSE:To make suspension of a hydraulic motor at the time of disuse performable without fail, by installing a brake shoe, which is made contact with an outer circumferential surface of an external gear by a spring while separates from this external gear outer circumferential surface by dint of solenoid force of a solenoid coil, in a housing. CONSTITUTION:In housing 123 of a blower motor 233, there are provided with an external gear 114 and an internal gear 113 being supported by a shaft 124. On the other hand, in a part of this housing 123, there is provided with a brake shoe 111 which comes into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the external gear 114 all the time by a spring 131 and separates from the outer circumferential surface of the external gear 114 when a solenoid coil 125 is energized with a continuous rating current, free of slide motion in a radial direction of the shaft 124. Therefore, if a small quantity of oil flows into the blower motor 233, this brake shoe 111 and the outer circumferential surface of the external gear 114 are contacted with each other so that the blower motor will not operate on any wrong way, and when the blower motor 233 is operated, it will do that the solenoid coil 125 is merely energized with the current, so that its operation is so easy.
