PURPOSE:To make it possible to operate with high speed and high duty without producing scratch, by increasing oil feeding quantity from the 2nd oil feeding port on cold start, and supplying the lube directly from the 3rd oil feeding port on the inner surface of side-housing. CONSTITUTION:In case the lube temperature detected by an oil temperature sensor 39 is under the fixed value, a control circuit 27 restricts the oil feeding quantity from the 1st oil feeding port 18 provided on the trochoid surface 2, and controls the metering oil pump 22 so as to increase the oil feeding quantity from the 2nd oil feeding port 19 provided on the inlet port 13, while the oil feeding quantity from the 1st oil feeding port 18 is restricted by the directional control value 25, and oil feeding quantity from the 3rd oil feeding port 23 provided out side of an oil seal sliding locus 12 on the inner surface of side-housing 4, and also provided inside of a corner seal sliding locus 11, is increased as much as the ristricted quantity. Thus, it is possible to prevent the scratch of side-housing 4 easily produced, when high speed or high duty is operated at cold start, more over to prevent the waste of lube.
