The soil working machine can be rotary harrow with a box beam and rotating tine rotors. The tines are held by supports each of which has a shield projecting upwards and towards in front of the tine fixing point. In the space between the tine fixing and the shield is a filler piece which at least partly fills the space. The filler piece extends in the direction of rotation of one tine rotor up to the top side of the screen. In fact the filler piece is fixed to the screen and extends up to the tine fixing point.
