PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the output stability by inhibiting heat generation by a method wherein the title device is constructed by the formation of the most part of the metallic bottom thereof into a recess. CONSTITUTION:The part other than the outer periphery 22 of a laser oscillator and the perimeters 21 of screw holes 20 for installing a device is scraped off by approx. 1-2mm.. In the case of the oscillator having a structure wherein the most part of the bottom is thus scraped off, the heat emission from the oscillator bottom becomes reduced to an extreme degree, even in direct installation to a device such as a scanner; therefore it hardly affects the output stability. Accordingly, the adjustment of output stability by means of the single unit of the laser oscillator allows no need for particular adjustment thereafter. |
