PURPOSE:To reduce the loss in flow rate in one normal system when the other system fails by fitting an differential member provided with a moving body on its both sides, in a main body whereby providing each moving body in such a way as to receive pressure from the inlet and outlet port sides of an independent control system respectively wherein these ports face each other. CONSTITUTION:A differential member 6 is fitted into a small diameter hole 2of a stepped hole 3 in a main body 4, moving bodies 22a and 22b are installed on the end section projected to a right and a left large diameter hole 3a and 3b of the differential member 6 so as to be slidably guided within cup shaped housing bodies 18a and 18b coupled within each hole 3a and 3b. And a pair of relay chambers 25a and 25b is formed on the differential member (6) side of each moving body 22a and 22b, and furthermore a pair of control chambers 24a and 24b is formed on the opposite side whereby a pair of valve devices 16a and 16b, which is selectively closed between each relay chamber 25a and 25b and a pair of inlet ports 35a and 35b connected with said relay chambers, is provided. And a pair of control port 32a and 32b, which is connected with each control chamber 24a and 24b so as to be connected with the inlet port side of each system, is also provided.
