PURPOSE:To hold a tensile force applied to a wire rope constant and to transmit an invariably stable driving force by making the extension parts of the wire ropes between the 1st pulley and the 2nd pulley beyond turn pulleys invariably constant regardless of the rotation of the 1st pulley. CONSTITUTION:The extension parts of the wire ropes 4a and 4b between the 1st pulley 2 and the 2nd pulley 7 beyond the turn pulleys 6a and 6b are so constituted that at least the extension part wound around the 1st pulley 2 is made invariably constant in length. Namely, at least the extension part wound around the 1st pulley 2 between the extension part from the point where the wire rope 4a separates from the 1st pulley 2 to the 2nd pulley 7 beyond the turn pulley 6a and the extension part from the point from the wire rope 4b separate from the 2nd pulley 7 to the 1st pulley 2 beyond the turn pulley 6b is made invariably constant in length.
