The invention relates to a quick-diagnostic tool for blood-grouping and a process for the preparation thereof. The diagnostic tool of the invention consists of anti-A, anti-B, anti-AB and optionally anti-D, anti-C and anti-E reagents which are fixed in the hollows formed on a surface-treated aluminum sheet. The quick- diagnostic tool is prepared by dropping the above-mentioned reagents into the hollows of the surface- treated aluminum sheet and fixing onto the sheet by a two-step vacuum drying.
