PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillating circuit which can be used with a single power source and can switch a switching diode in accordance with a tuning voltage by grounding one end of a series circuit consisting of a tuning diode, a resonance line, and the switching diode in AC. CONSTITUTION:The second external DC voltage BS which is a reference voltage is given to the intersection between a coupling capacity C2 and a switching diode D2 through a high resistance R3. The other end (the cathode) of the switching diode d2 is grounded by a coupling capacity C8. In this resonance part C, a voltage having a value VS is given as the reference voltage BS. When a voltage having a value VS satisfying V1<(VS)<V2 is given to a terminal BT as the tuning voltage, the switching diode D2 is made conductive in case of V1<=VB< VS, and a resonance body is grounded through coupling capacities C2 and C8, and the influence of a capacity CfD is hardly caused. By this constitution, the reference voltage BS can be used with a single power source and is switched in accordance with a tuning voltage BT. |
