STEEL PLATE PRESSING ROLL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the winding breakdown of a steel plate with an inexpensive mechanism and to surely wind the steel plate by fitting the rotary outer cylinder of the steel plate pressing snubber roll of a winding device freely slidably in a fixed shaft direction and performing a spring energizing in the center direction of the fixed shaft. CONSTITUTION:The rotary outer cylinder 13 of the snubber roll 8 of the steel plate pressing roll device 7 provided on a carrosel reel device 1 for winding a steel plate 2 is fitted freely slidably in the axial direction of a fixed shaft 9, and subjected to a spring 15 energizing from both sides in the center direction of the fixed shaft 9. The steel plate 2 pressing roll device 7 can be fitted to the reel device 1 with simple structure and is inexpensive. The snubber roll 8 follows up with the spring 15 energizing the winding coil 2 face movement by the mandrel shaft 3 movement of the reel device 1 and no wrinkle nor flaw are caused on the coil 2 surface. Consequently a sure and good steel plate winding can be performed.
