PURPOSE:To make stable running against a rough road of ice, snow and sand, mud or the like performable, by constituting a band tire in a way of inserting a cut-preventing belt and a set-stabilizing belt into an inner surface of a belt rubber layer having a tread pattern in the surface and a break-in surface in the backside respectively. CONSTITUTION:A laminated structure of a tread layer 4, a sub-tread layer 7 and a break-in surface layer 5 in order from the upside is constituted. And, a set-stabilizing belt 3, a cut-preventing belt 2 and a reinforced fiber 8 being leno-woven in recticulation are all inserted into space between respective layers from the upside, constituting a band tire. At this time, each connecting device 1 is attached to both ends of the cur-preventing belt 2 in advance. And, a lot of V-type notch grooves 10 and semicircular projections 9 for making a curvature effect easy are installed in the break-in surface layer 5. This belt tire is set as distributed by a semicircle from an upper part along a tread surface of an automobile tire 11 and fixed to it with the connecting device 1. In this connection, latches 6 of the set-stabilizing belt 3 are connected by a fixing band 12.
