PURPOSE:To improve the aging stability of the raw sample of a red-sensitive layer by forming a silver halide emulsion layer contg. a specified compound and a specified coupler solvent. CONSTITUTION:This silver halide color photographic sensitive material has a silver halide emulsion layer contg. at least one kind of compound represented by formula I and/or II and/or III and a coupler solvent represented by formula IV. In the formulae I, II, R is H or the like, each of R1-R4 is alkyl or the like, each of Z1, Z2, Z4 and Z5 is a group of atoms required to form a benzene ring condensed to a thiazole ring, Z3 is a group of carbon atoms required to form a 6-membered ring, l=1 or 2, Z is S or the like and X<-> is an anion. In the formula III, each of R5 and R6 is alkyl or the like, each of R7 and R8 is alkyl and Z is a group of nonmetallic atoms required to form a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring contg. N. In the formula IV, each of R9 and R10 is 1-4C alkyl. A concrete example of the sensitizing dye is represented by formula 1 and that of the coupler solvent by formula 2. |
