PURPOSE:To reduce the development of defective products, shorten the pouring time of compound and at the same time reduce the cost by a structure wherein a back mold is divided into a first back mold, which serves for molding the periphery of a washbowl, and a second back mold, which serves for molding the peripheral part of a drainage hole, and both the molds are made detachable. CONSTITUTION:A molding tool consisting of a front mold 1, a first back mold 21 and a second back mold 22. In case of molding, almost half of compound 4 is cast to the front mold 1 and, after that, only the detachable first back mold 21 is set on and fixed to the front mold 1 and then the compound 4 is cast through a large opening 23, which is the fitting part of the detachable second back mold 22, in the first back mold 21 and then the second back mold 22 is fixed to the firsts back mold 21. The compound 4 is further cast through the opening part 23 of the second back mold 22. After that, a rubber stopper 5 is inserted in the opening part 24 so as to cure the compound 4 naturally or by heating. After curing, the first and second back molds 21 and 22 are removed in order to obtain a molded item in which a washbowl and a counter are integrally molded. |
