PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of the sealing face due to the roughness of a feeding contact face and to extend the device life by sealing the contact forming a current passage inside a sealing chamber and making the feeding contact face and sealing contact face independent. CONSTITUTION:A sealed chamber D is formed by the base part 6 transferring to a tubular piston 3 from a movable rod 2 and the bulkhead 5 fixed to a rod 2 and an annular contact 7 is arranged to the inner part. The contact 7 is pressed to the inner face of the cylinder main body 1 and base part 6 by a pressing means 8 to form a electric passage. On the other hand, a dust seal 13 is provided on the outer periphery of the bulkhead 5 and an air seal 14 on the outer periphery of the tubular piston 3 respectively. Since the feeding contact face and sealing face are made independent the sealing face is not damaged with the roughness of the feeding slide face due to the repeated uses and the device service life can be extended.
