PURPOSE:To prevent the buckling of shell having thin thickness in a mold by using cam rotating toward billet drawing direction and cam-follower rotating toward reversing direction to this cam and rotating rolls by turns toward coast billet drawing direction and billet pushing back direction. CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting movement of the first rotating machine 20, the rotating force is transmitted to the cams 23-I, 23-II on the first shaft 22, and these cams are continuously rotated. Accordingly to rotation of the first shaft 22, the rotation is transmitted to the second shaft 27 fitting roundly to the cam-followers 24-I, 24-II. Then, the second rotating machine 44 has mechanism giving as rotating toward reverse direction to the second shaft 27, but the rotation of the cam-followers 24-I, 24-II is come to rotate normally (drawing direction F) in case of rotating under pushing by the cams 23-I, 23-II. When a roller reaches to the parts 23B, 23C of the cams 23-I, 23-II, the roller is rotated toward reverse direction (pushing back direction) by torque from the second rotating machine 44. The reverse rotation is slowly rotated. In this way, the occurrence of the buckling of cast billet A is prevented and the characteristic of the cast billet A is improved.
