PURPOSE:To enable the tension of a wire to be adjusted and to prevent the wire from slacking by providing a mechanism which has a compression coil spring, a piston, a pin, and a bush incorporated in an insulator and varies the quantity of compression of the compression coil spring by a screw-in quantity to hold the tension of the wire at a set value. CONSTITUTION:The wire 10 is fixed to a hole bored in the center of the piston 3 by the pin 2 and the other end is fixed to the insulator 6 by a screw 8. The bush 1 is screwed in to push the piston 3 and the compression coil spring 4 is compressed. Namely, the quantity of compression of the compression coil spring 4 is adjusted by determining the screw-in quantity of the bush 1 to adjust the resiliency of the compression coil spring 4. The wire 10 while the bush 1 is screwed in to a specific position is fixed to the insulator 6 with a setscrew 8 without slacking. The bush 1 is loosened until it does not contact the piston 1, the compression coil spring 4 receives a force for restoration because the pin 2 is fixed to the piston 3, so that certain constant tension is maintained.
