PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can effect bonding within a short time and is useful for the production of optical disks, by using a specified (meth)acrylate or its oligomer as the principal component. CONSTITUTION:A composition based on a (meth)acrylate of formula I and/or its oligomer. In formula I, R is H or methyl, X is an alkylene part of whose H atoms may be substituted by hydroxyl groups, m is 0 or 1-4, Y is a hydrocarbon group which must have a cyclic hydrocarbon group and n is 1 or 2. Examples of the (meth)acrylates which are particularly desirable among those of formula I include cyclohexyl acrylate of formula II and bisoxyethylbisphenol A diacrylate. The (meth)acrylate in this invention is one in which the organic group constituting its ester part is a hydrocarbon group which has a cyclic hydrocarbon part and may be directly bonded to a (meth)acryloyloxy group. |
