PURPOSE:To surely remove sticking materials and tongue-like deposits, by intermittently bringing an elastomeric sheet having hook-like protrusions at the tip thereof into contact with a front bottom roll so as to cross part of the surface thereof by reciprocative motion mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The center of rotation of a cam roll 22 rotating together with the rotation of a middle bottom roll 50 is made eccentric and protrusions 6 of an elastomeric sheet 5 are intermittently brought into contact with a roll 48. Sticking materials, e.g. long or short fibers, etc., sticking to the roll 48 are scraped off by the hook-like protrusions 6. Tongue-like deposits accumulated in a collector are separated therefrom. |
