PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by adjusting a ram height amount, using the press die for multiple winding structure, forming the top and bottom plates for multiple winding structure and for double winding structure, then forming a straight flange in the respective shape by a curling machine. CONSTITUTION:A drawing is performed simultaneously with flanking in zigzags by a press machine, after straightening the winding way of a coil stock with a leveller. The forming item is worked in the flange shape for double winding and multiple winding by a curling machines 30, 31. The top and bottom plates 1 for double winding are assembled with the drum shell by bending 8 the peripheral edge of the flange 2. The top and bottom plates 1' for double winding structure 1' are formed by reducing the ram height of a press machine, the peripheral edge part 2' is worked 9 and assembled with the drum shell similarly. In this way, the production can be made efficient.
