PURPOSE:To simplify and reduce the dimension of the whole structure by permitting an operating lever supporting structure to be used as working fluid feed control mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An operating lever 1 has a hollow lever body 11 and an inner rod 12. The first and the second penetration holes 23 and 24 are formed at the part where a supported part 13 is formed on the outer periphery of the hollow lever body 11. The first and the second working fluid passages 21 and 22 for connecting the first and the second penetration holes 23 and 24 with the outside are formed at the supported part 13. Further, the first airtight head 31 is installed at the top edge of the inner rod 12, and a connection rod 32 having the less diameter than the inside diameter of the hollow lever body 11 is installed at the top edge of the airtight head 31. Further, the second air tight head 33 which can shift through the airtight contact is installed onto the inner peripheral surface of the hollow lever body 11. With such constitution, the whole structure can be made simple and small-sized.
