PURPOSE:The titled inducer comprising flavonoid as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:A tumor necrosis factor forming inducer containing flavonoid (derivative having skeleton of flavone, flavanone, flavane, chalcone, catechin, etc.: compound widely distributing in plant, such as naringin, hesperidin, etc.). The inducer is usable as any oral or parenteral drug. A dose is 0.003-300mg/ person, preferably 0.01-30mg/person. EFFECT:Since the drug has quick sensitization time as a primary irritant, a second irritant can be early administered and TNF production can be induced at an early period. The drug has low toxicity and readily pharmaceutically manufactured. Further being relatively inexpensively and readily obtainable, the drug can be widely used.
