PURPOSE:To estimate a measured value in a transient state and to obtain an accurate metering result speedily by multiplying a digital measurement sampled value by a specific coefficient and integrating the displaying the multiplication result. CONSTITUTION:The measurement value from which components based upon natural vibrations of a balance are removed by an LPF 3 is processed by an A/D converter 4 which performs converting operation at specific intervals of time and the digital measurement sampled value is supplied to a microcomputer 5. This computer 5 computes such a coefficient and a sampled value that an error by a minimum square-law method is minimum corresponding to dynamic characteristics stored in its internal ROM, etc., integrates a specific number of sampled values, and divides the integration result by the sum of corresponding coefficients. Consequently, even if a body to be measured is in a transient state, the reliable real weight value is estimated from the weighted mean value and the accurate estimated weight value is displayed on a display part 6 speedily.
