<p>PURPOSE:To perform high-accuracy detection by calculating the oil pressure means value of a hydraulic cylinder before and after a loading part reaches a specific height position and detecting weight. CONSTITUTION:When the bucket, etc., of a vehicle start digging operation, a controller 7 inputs the oil pressure detected value of the hydraulic cylinder for elevation at specific sampling intervals and the storage contents of the register A of a data storage register 12 are updated with a sampled value passed through an A/D converter 10 until the loading part reaches specific height and a buzzer is turned on through a limit switch 6 and a microprocessor 13. Then, a switching part 11 is switched through the processor 13 and (n) succeeding sampled values after that are stored in a register B. The contents of the registers A and B are read out and an arithmetic part 14 computes the mean value, so that the loading weight proportional to the oil pressure is detected with high accuracy from the mean value which has no influence of oil pressure pulsation.</p> |
