PURPOSE:To draw an oblique line, etc. at an optional angle, and also, to output a pseudo pulse of an optional line kind, by constituting the titled device so that an optional output signal can be sent to a host side by a pseudo pulse generating circuit which is contained in a mouse, by selecting an external switch. CONSTITUTION:When even one of an angle volume 2 and a line kind volume 3 is turned on, an output signal of a horizontal direction sensor 8 is inhibited, instead of which an output signal of a vertical direction sensor 6 and a signal which is generated by a pseudo pulse generating circuit 9 are outputted to a host, by which an optional angle, and a line kind (a dotted line, a one point chain line, etc.) are obtained. An angle adjusting input 11 is a signal for correcting a fact that an angle is changed by an aspect ratio of a screen of a display to be used. In such a way, since the pseudo pulse generating circuit is provided, this device can be operated even on an application which is not supported by a software.
