PURPOSE:To facilitate a filling work and also prevent the occurrence of the defects of a bonding portion by using a low fusing point metal as a sealing filler of a groove-like fluid passage. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of groove-like fluid passages 02 in a variety of shapes is formed on both sides of a passage member 01 made up of plastic material. A low fusing point metal 06 is filled in these passages 02 during the manufacturing process of a passage base. Likewise, on the surfaces of lid members 03, 03' made up of plastic boards are provided holes 04 opening selectively to the groove-like fluid passages 02 of the passage member 01, and changeover valves 05 are fitted thereon attachably and detachably. The manufacturing process of this base is implemented by filling the low fusing point metal 06 into the groove-like fluid passages 02 for sealing (5), then bonding (7) the passage member 01 and the lid members 03, 03', and afterward removing the filter through heating in an oven for 'after curing' (8).
