PURPOSE:A cosmetic which has safety to human body, shows a good feeling, fitness and spread and has a transparent pearly whitish color tone, obtained by blending a cosmetic with hydroxyapatite as pigment. CONSTITUTION:Hydroxyapatite is pulverized by the use of an ultrafine grinder such as jet mill, etc., and sieved or hydroxyapatite fine powder is stuck to polymer spherules of polyester, etc., by using a silicon acrylic emulsion, etc., as a binder and sieved to give hydroxyapatite or spherical hydroxyapatite having preferably 3-10mu particle size, which is used as pigment instead of existing white pigment and extender pigment and added to a cosmetic to give a cosmetic having the above-mentioned effects because hydroxyapatite is white of fluorescent color, has good affinity for the human body and adhesivity to the skin.
