PURPOSE:To save trouble to report it from an information storing person to a stored information taking out person that information is stored with a means other than information storage, by automatically reporting it to terminals, which the information storing person registers, that information is stored. CONSTITUTION:When information indicating an information storage report terminal 7 is received from an information input terminal 6, the information storage report terminal 7 is registered in an information storage report unit 5 by an input terminal procedure terminating unit 2. When data is sent from the information input terminal 6 thereafter, data is sent to an information storage unit 3 from said unit 2 and is stored there. After sending data, the input terminal procedure terminating unit 2 issues an information storage report request to the information storage report unit 5. The information storage report unit 5 generates a report text in an output form of the information storage report terminal 7 and sends it to an output terminal procedure terminating unit 4. When the stored information taking-out person requests to take out stored information, request of data taking-out from the output terminal procedure terminating unit 4 to the information storage unit 3 is sent had data is sent to the output terminal procedure terminating unit 4 from the information storage unit 3.
