PURPOSE:To easily obtain an arbitrary permanent magnet by magnetizing a sintered compact to which prescribed percentage of a pulverized powder of easily manufactured alloy consisting of rare earth elements, B, and Fe and the pulverized powders of Fe and B are incorporated. CONSTITUTION:Respective pulverized powders of several kinds of RxFeyB alloys [where R means rare earth elements and (x) and (y) stand for positive integrals, respectively] are prepared severally. Further, the pulverized powders of Fe and B are prepared. Then, the several kinds of pulverized powders prepared as previously described are mixed to be formed into a mixture of R15-33Fe65-80B1-10 (atomic ratio), which is electrified in a magnetic field to undergo sintering. After that, heat treatment and magnetization treatment are applied to the resulting sintered compact. |
