PURPOSE:To easily obtain an arbitrary permanent magnet by magnetizing a sintered compact consisting of pulverized mixture of two kinds of alloys containing Nd, Fe, and B. CONSTITUTION:A pulverized powder of Nd2Fe14B alloy (A) is prepared. Further, a pulverized powder of one or more alloys (B) among Nd95Fe5, Nd15Fe77B8, Nd2Fe2B16, and Nd2Fe7B6 is prepared. Then, 2-6wt% of above-mentioned pulverized powder (B) is mixed with the above pulverized powder (A), and the mixture is electrified in a magnetic field to undergo sintering. After that, heat treatment and magnetization treatment are applied to the resulting sintered compact. |
