PURPOSE:To correct the bendings of all terminals simultaneously, by providing a plurality of hollow cylinders in a lower substrate, and providing a plurality of funnel shaped terminal through holes in an upper substrate, so that they are aligned with the arrangement of grid array terminals. CONSTITUTION:Grid array terminals 7 are guided into hollow cylinders 5 by way of funnel shaped terminal through holes 4. When the terminals are compressed, the terminals are deeply inserted in the hollow cylinders 5. At this time, since the funnel shaped terminal through holes 4 and the hollow cylinders 5 are alinged with the arrangement of the grid array terminals, all the terminals are forcibly inserted in the hollow cylinders. Thus the terminals having bent parts are all corrected into a straight line by one operation. When the inner wall of the upper part of the hollow cylinder 5 is chamfered, the guiding effect of the funnel shaped terminal through holes 4 can be enhanced. |
