PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL FOR SILVER COMPLEX DIFFUSION TRANSFER REVERSAL

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material for DTR process which has an excellent reproducibility of an original picture by incorporating a dyestuff or/and a pigment which absorbs a ray of light in the range of photosensitive wavelengths of an emulsion layer into the layer which is formed at a side far away from the emulsion layer against a substrate body. CONSTITUTION:The dyestuff and/or the pigment which absorbs the light of the photosensitive wavelength region of the emulsion layer are incorporated in the layer which is formed at the side far away from the emulsion layer against the substrate body in the titled material having at least one of silver halide emulsion layer on the transparent substrate body. The content of the dyestuff and/or the pigment is about >=0.2, preferably 0.3-2 based on transmission density at the photosensitive max. wavelength of the silver halide emulsion. The dyestuff and the pigment are incorporated in the upper layer of the emulsion layer. The dyestuff or/and the pigment are incorporated in at least one layer of the silver halide emulsion layer, between the emulsion layer and the substrate body and the back side of the substrate body. Thus, the preferable picture image having good reproducibility is obtd.
