PURPOSE:To efficiently collect furs in a fur collecting device by carrying out an intermittent operation of a cleaning mode and cleaning in order to remove furs staying at the corners and the like of a bathtub. CONSTITUTION:A pump 10 supplying bathtub water 7 is controlled by an operation controller 16 to collect furs 4 of the bathtub water 7 to carry out an intermittent operation of the pump 10. By operating the pump 10 for a fixed time and then stopping the pump 10 for a fixed time, furs 4 staying at the corners of a bathtub 9 are spread all over the corner surface. At that time, the pump 10 is started again to generate a specific surface flow to collect the furs 4 spread all over the surface to the direction of a fur collecting device 6. By repeating said intermittent operations of the pump 10, furs 4 are collected effectively.
