PURPOSE:To miniaturize a waveform converter circuit for obtaining a sawtooth wave, make its efficiency higher and lower its noise, by constituting said converter circuit through using an integrating circuit for turning ON/OFF the converter circuit by means of a clock of a clock generator. CONSTITUTION:A power circuit controls a voltage of a battery 1 by a chopper converter 32 to supply electricity to a load circuit 8. A sawtooth wave generator circuit 31 of said power circuit is composed of a transistor (hereinafter referred to as Tr) 11 performing a switching action on the basis of a clock pulse of a clock pulse generator 9, a bias resistance 12 and integrating circuits 10, 13 to generate a sawtooth wave. Also, an error amplifier 33 of the power circuit is composed of voltage divider resistances 20-22, a Tr 18, a reference voltage generator 19 and so on to monitor an output pulse voltage. Further, a pulse width control circuit 34 of this power circuit is composed of a pair of Trs 14-15 and a bias resistance 16 to compare an error amplifier output voltage with a sawtooth wave voltage to control an output pulse width of a converter 32 on the basis of said comparison.
