PURPOSE:To devise the raise of workability of arrangements for exchanging molds and operating efficiency, by setting up the system for exchanging molds provided with a clamping system for clamping a mold fitted on an extrusion head, and a system for locking this clamp, and a system for drawing the mold fitted on the extrusion head. CONSTITUTION:When a preform die 4 is dismantled from an extrusion head itself 1 after completing extrusion operation, a preform die 4 to be exchanged is set up at one station 26a of the system for exchanging molds 30, and another station 26b is maintained to be in empty state and span to the side of the extru sion head itself 1. Thereafter a pin 43 for weight supporting at the clamp system 40 and a pin 45 for locking at the locking system 50 are engaged with respective connecting holes 42, 44 of the preform die 4. Then the rod 62 of a oil-pressure cylinder 61 is extendingly worked and pressed against the extrusion head itself, and draws out with counterforce the preform die 4 sticking to the extrusion head itself 1. |
