PURPOSE:To moderate an under-steer tendency in the first stage of turning by making the roll rigidity or decreasing force of rear wheel side relatively higher than that of front wheel side in case clutch fastening force is in a high fastening area. CONSTITUTION:Clutch control means 4 increases or decreases clutch fastening force according to a signal from vehicle state detecting means 3. If the clutch fastening force is now in the high fastening force area, a control signal is output to roll characteristic changing means 5 such that roll rigidity or decreasing force of rear wheel side upon roll of a vehicle is made reratively higher than that of front wheel side. Under-steer tendency in the first period of turning can be moderated by the difference between the roll rigidity or decreasing force of front and rear wheels when differential control torque is high or driving force of four wheel drive side is distributed.
