PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body capable of giving flat sensitivity over the whole visible range and the oscillation wavelength of a semiconductor laser by forming a layer contg. a specific bisazo-pigment as a main component on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:The layer contg. the electric charge generating substance composed of the bisazo-pigment shown by the formula wherein Ar is a coupler residue as an effective component is formed on the conductive substrate. The coupler which is shown by the formula ArH, and is used for the production of the bisazo-compd. shown by said formula is exemplified by for example, an aromatic hydrocarbon compd. having hydroxyl group such as phenols, and a heterocyclic ring compd. having hydroxyl group, a chlorinated ring compd. and an aliphatic or an aromatic compd. having enol type ketone group, etc. Thus, the titled body having high sensitivity and very excellent sensitivity even at the oscillation wavelength of the semiconductor laser is obtd. |
