PURPOSE:To obtain a rice cake powered with soybean flour, having excellent taste and flavor and useful as a health food, by adding soybean flour to cooked rice, pounding the mixture at high temperature under pressure, kneading the product and dividing into cakes of uniform size. CONSTITUTION:100pts. of steamed rice is added with 20-40pts. of soybean flour and a proper amount of water, pounded at 70-100 deg.C under pressure, kneaded and divided into cakes of uniform size. |
