PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement of operation efficiency and productivity by mounting a mark precisely always on a predetermined position of a mat, by mounting the mark on a mold surrounded by a frame so as to be capable of moving vertically. CONSTITUTION:A mark 12 to which a a backing material 16 is provided its back up on the surface of a mold 17 surrounded by a frame 18 which is movable vertically. Then a mat 11 which is in a state where pile 14 is struck into a base cloth 13 is positioned, with its back up, by the fringe 22 of a holding base 15. Then the mat 11 whose position has been decided is mounted on the top of the frame 18. With this construction, the frame 18 on which the met 11 has been mounted descends through dead load of the mat 11 to present a state where the mat 11 has been mounted on a predetermined position on the mark 12. Then a press plate 21 is lowered to present a state where the mark 12 and mat 11 are put between the mold 17 and press plate 21 by lowering the press plate 21. Then the pile 14 of the mat 11 and the backing material 16 of the mark 12 on the backside of the mark 12 are fused together. |
