PURPOSE:To enable magnetic flux to be effectively used and prevent eddy current from being generated on conductors, by setting a soft magnetic material in a space between the conductors. CONSTITUTION:A wire 1 is punched in a specified shape 32 by welding both the end sections 31a of a steel plate 31 to the central section of copper plates 30. The wire 1 is divided in two branches at the coil end section 2 at one end, and an upper wire 3 and a lower wire 4 are respectively formed. Besides, the wire 1 at both the ends of steel plate sections 5, 6 is bent so that the steel plate section 5 on the upper wire 3 and the steel plate section 6 on the lower wire 4 may be arranged in parallel with each other. Besides, the wire 1 is spread separated mutually from the end surface sides of the steel plate section 5, 6, and the coil end section 3a of the upper wire 3 and the coil end section 4a of the lower wire 4 are formed in parallel with each other by bending the end sections of the wire 1.
