PURPOSE:To distribute a digital signal with less distortion by providing a common signal line applying signal transmission/reception and providing plural transmission/reception equipments connected to the common signal line as a branch line and changing the line width of a strip line of the branch toward the end from a branched part. CONSTITUTION:Let the width of line toward points P1, P2 be (a) and the line width toward points Q1, Q2 be (b) in branch lines Bl, B2, then the width is not selected as a=b, but the line width is gradually made thick or thin to decrease or increase the impedance of the signal line at its position gradually thereby minimizing the rapid change in the impedance and mitigating the reflection at the points Q1, Q2. The relation of and is selected and the line width is made thin toward the point Q1 or Q2. Thus, the surge impedance of a strip line B1 or B2 is increased toward the points Ql,Q2 respectively and the reflection at the points Q1, Q2 is reduced in distributing a signal by an electronic device 1.
