<p>PURPOSE:To unify outside terminals to couple a resistance element and a capacitance element which decide an oscillation frequency to one, by providing the outside terminal capable of coupling the series connection point of the resistance element, and the capacitance element, from the ouside. CONSTITUTION:An outside terminal P is connected to the series connection point of a resistance element R, and a capacitance element C on which prescribed constants are set, and to the resistance element R, and the capacitance element C, prescribed charging voltage v1, and the earth potential V0 are supplied, Also, the outside terminal P is coupled to the input terminals on the other side of a pair of comparators Co2 and Co2, to whose input terminals on one side reference potentials are supplied. The output terminals of the comparators Co1 and Co2 are coupled respectively to the set terminal S, and the reset terminal R of a set/reset type flip-flop circuit FF. Meanwhile, it is possible to supply a discharging voltage, the inverse of V1, to an energizing path from the outside terminal P to the input terminals of the comparators Co1 and Co2, based on the switching operation of an analog switch SW.
